When our office needed to be reroofed in accordance with the City of Plano guidelines, we took on a research project. The resultant analysis showed that you were the best company to take on the job. We were pleased with the quality of material and labor that was put into the job. It provided credibility to our analysis.

The professionalism of you and your people led me to investigate the noises coming out of my attic in my personal home. I found that one major beam had been installed without adequate support and it had three cracks in various places along its length. Calling upon your expertise to find out what was wrong. You showed me.

The damage to a number of roof supports became electrifying when you removed part of the roof. Considerable damage came to light. Again your work, in my eyes, was truly professional.

In December of 2003 we had Total Roofing install a Class 4 composite shingle roof on our home in Carrollton. We wanted to install a roof that would last and it was important to choose the right company and roof material. It has been over seven years now and the material and workmanship has weathered all of the various storms and heat of Texas. We have had no issues and the roof still looks brand new. "I have known hundreds of owner- operators of small companies. Many of those are tradesman in North Texas. You don't know what you get until there's a problem. Sometimes, that problem involves somebody paying for something they didn't plan on.
